Q. Do you attend trade shows?
Yes, we and our AnaClare representatives attend trade shows all year round! The best way to stay informed is to provide us with your email address at hello@anaclare.com and we will keep you informed on all our trade shows.
 

Q. How can I be notified when your next season launches?
Just follow us on Instagram, Twitter and become a fan on Facebook. The best way is to sign up and be placed on our email list to be the first to know about upcoming promotions, new products, contests and giveaways, we post updates frequently.  Just click here and sign up.


Q. How do I know what size to order?
Click here for a complete guide to how our clothing and accessories measure up! If you are in doubt, buy a size larger. If you have any questions, or can’t decide between 2 sizes, please give us a call or shoot us an email. Our clothing runs full size since they are made of cotton/ spandex (AnaClare Active poly/spandex blend) so during the design process, we take that into consideration so that after clothes are washed and dried to fit.

 
Q. What sizes are in the AnaClare range?
Our merchandise starts at XSmall, Small, Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge. Please see our size chart for more details.

Q. What is the length of your Skort?
The length of our short is 18".


Q. Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
Not at all, but you will need to provide an email address so we can send you the order confirmation and tracking information.


Q. How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification. On occasion, during times such as large sales events, promotions, and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.


Q. How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  Please note, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box the address must be a physical location. 
 

Q. How do I return or exchange a product?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please refer to our shipping and return policies and contact us and we will assist in getting your purchase exchanged or returned. 855-933-7436 or email hello@anaclare.com


Q. What will my personal information be used for?
When creating an account and/or making a purchase you will be required to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to fulfill your request, contact you in the event we have questions, and periodically email you to keep you updated on promotions, new apparel introductions and events. At no time will this information be sold or shared with anyone outside of AnaClare. To OPT-OUT of receiving any digital or email communications. Q. I’m having trouble placing an order. I have followed the prompts, but the site seems to be down. Whom should I contact?
 We are sorry you are having technical difficulties. Please contact us at 855-933-7436  or email hello@anaclare.com and we would be happy to assist with your order.

Q. When I set up an account, will I receive snail mail or email newsletters?
We love to keep our customers in the loop on our up-dates so we do send out email blasts to our online customers who opt to receive them. If you do not want to receive our newsletters, simply click the "unsubscribe" link in the email. We do not distribute or sell any email addresses or personal information. Everything is kept within our AnaClare and Three Friends family. Check out our Instagram, Twitter or Facebook pages as well to find updates, contests and giveaways.
Do you ship outside the Continental United States
No, not at this time.
