We hope you love what you ordered from AnaClare and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the items(s) for a refund of the purchase price subject to the following guidelines.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
Products must be in the original condition (never worn, washed or altered) and must have all of the original tags. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online order number and a Return Authorization form. Click here to complete the form.
AnaClare will accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
The return must be placed in the mail within 15 days of your original shipment date. You will receive your refund back on your original form of payment within 30-60 days.
AnaClare returns past 90 Day and/or marked 50% off or more of the original price is a FINALE SALE.
Exchanges.

Damage, Order Error
If we sent you the wrong size or the product was damaged please accept our apologies and we will do our best to make your order right Including but not limited to sending you a prepaid postal label to return the product and shipping your order at no charge.
Return Authorization Form
We want to ensure we have all your information to expedite a return/or exchange. When you return an item(s) please fill out and include this return authorization (click here for the form) and include it along with your original website receipt in your return package.
Shipping Carriers
We ship USPS & UPS. We do offer expedited shipping 3-day priority USPS at $17.95 subject to weight.
Please note, UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
