We hope you love what you ordered from AnaClare and we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please use our authorized 3rd party return system called Redo. Please follow the guidelines for using Redo below:

Shipping costs are not refundable.
Products must be in the original condition (never worn, washed or altered) and must have all of the original tags.
Redo is valid for 30 days after the purchase. You will receive your refund back on your original form of payment within 30-60 days. NO returns, exchanges or store credits will be given after 30 days of purchase. Sale products at 50% or more discount are NOT eligible for return and are FINAL SALE.
Damage, Order Error
If we sent you the wrong size or the product was damaged please accept our apologies and we will do our best to make your order right Including but not limited to sending you a prepaid postal label to return the product and shipping your order at no charge.
Shipping Carriers
We ship USPS & UPS. We do offer expedited shipping 3-day priority USPS at $17.95 subject to weight.
Please note, UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box.
